Privacy Policy

Information you choose to give us, when you ask for information, fill in a form or get in touch.

What that can include: your name, email address, age, country and contact preference, and your answers to the application questions. You must keep all of it accurate and current.

Sensitive data: we do not collect any.

Technical data we log automatically

We record routine technical details: your IP address, browser type, operating system and language, the page that referred you, timestamps, the pages you view, device identifiers, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, and crash and error reports. We use them to keep the Services secure, prevent fraud, measure performance and keep everything running as it should.

Location: only a rough location, taken from your IP address. We never ask for your precise GPS position, and your device or browser settings let you limit the location signals you send.

Where these laws apply, we process your data on these grounds:

• Consent (Art.6(1)(a)), covering anything you send us voluntarily. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to contact@glow-models.com.
• Contract (Art.6(1)(b)), when we need the data to answer questions you ask before a contract, or to provide a feature you asked for.
• Legal obligation (Art.6(1)(c)), when a law or regulation requires it.
• Legitimate interests (Art.6(1)(f)): keeping the platform secure, preventing abuse and improving the Services, always weighed against your rights.
• Vital interests (Art.6(1)(d)), in the rare case that someone's life or safety is at stake.

Canada: where PIPEDA requires consent, we rely on express or implied consent, and you can withdraw it within the limits set by law or contract.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Business changes: data may pass to a new owner in a merger, acquisition or restructuring.
• Affiliates: entities we control, which are bound by this Policy.
• Service providers: suppliers such as hosting and security providers. They get only the access their work strictly needs, and they must keep the data confidential and protected.
• Legal requests: where valid legal process requires it, or to defend legal rights.
• Emergencies: where it is needed to stop imminent harm.

We keep data only for as long as the purposes above need it, or for as long as the law requires. After that, we delete it, aggregate it or anonymize it. Backups rotate on a standard schedule, and old copies are purged when their retention window ends.

We protect data with access controls, network protections and internal policies. Even so, no method is flawless. Please think before you send us information, and tell us quickly if you suspect someone has used it without permission.

The Services are only for people aged 18 and over, and we never knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe we have, tell us at contact@glow-models.com and we will remove it promptly.

To use a right: write to contact@glow-models.com. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, to keep your data secure and to prevent fraud.

There is still no agreed standard for Do Not Track (DNT), so for now we do not act on DNT signals. If Global Privacy Control (GPC) or a similar legally binding mechanism becomes mandatory where we operate, we will change our practices and this Policy to follow it.

No selling or sharing: in the last 12 months we have neither sold nor shared any personal information. The only personal information we process is a limited set of Identifiers you choose to give us (Category A) and essential technical diagnostics (a limited part of Category F).

Your rights under California law: to know, access, correct and delete; to non-discrimination; and to limit the use of sensitive data, which does not apply here, as we collect none. Send requests to contact@glow-models.com.

Checking it is you: we may ask for details that match our records, such as the email address you used before. An authorized agent acting for you must show us written authorization.

If you live in Virginia, you can access, correct and delete your data, get a copy of it, and opt out of profiling, the sale of your data and targeted advertising. We run no targeted advertising, we sell no data, and we do not profile anyone to make significant decisions.

Appeals: if we turn down your request, reply to our answer to appeal it. We will explain our decision in writing, and if the matter is still not settled, you can contact the Virginia Attorney General.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When a change is material, we may point it out on the site or tell you through the channels we have for reaching you.
